Refund policy

We only accept returns on sneaker size exchanges or damaged items. If you have received a broken or wrong item/size, please send us evidence and we will send you the right item.

To start a size exchange, you can contact us at contact@konoharo.com with your order number and proof of a refundable or returnable case. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can then reorder your desired size. Items must be returned within 7 days of us accepting the return/creating a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a size exchange will not be accepted. Note that this return policy is subject to change at any time.

Returns
We only accept size exchanges on sneaker orders. If we approve your size exchange, we will subsequently send you a return label. Once we receive the item and see the item is in the same condition you received it in, you will be partially refunded (to include a 20% restocking fee).  Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery of your item. You also must ship your item within 7 days of an approved return. International orders have to create their own return label to be returnable; we cannot create return labels for international orders. An international order is any order outside of the US.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet. Any requests for cancellation after an order has been shipped will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and potentially get you a refund. 

Non-returnable items
Once the packaging for an item is opened, the item is no longer considered refundable, unless you contact konoharo and we approve you for a return or refund.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
